1. About the CDROM
The optional companion CDROM is a self-running slideshow of unpublished images set to original music by the author. Simply insert the disk into your computer CDROM drive and it will automatically play. No installation or additional programs are needed. Once the slideshow is running, you have the option to select a particular location to view, fast forward, reverse, return to the menu or exit. Below are screen shots.

3. Compatibility & System Requirements
The CDROM is tested and 100% compatible with the following systems:
Windows 95/98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.
Minimum Requirements: Pentium-100 (or similar AMD/Croix), 16 Mb RAM, 1 Mb Video card
Recommended:: Pentium-II 300 (or similar AMD/Croix), 32 Mb RAM, 2 Mb Video card, Sound card.
640x480, 800x600, 1024x768 or higher screen resolution. 1024x768 is recommended
The CDROM is NOT tested and is assumed to be INCOMPATIBLE with Apple/MAC systems. New technology from Macintosh, such as Power PC and Intel Core Duo may possibly allow for cross platform functionality, but suitability for Macintosh, MAC or Apple systems is not guaranteed. It is recommended that you download and test the short DEMO VERSION file to test it on your system before purchasing the Book with Optional CDROM. If this short demo file works on your system, then the full version will function in the same manner.

Click on the link above. When prompted click "save". Select an appropriate location on your computer (Your desktop is recommended). After file downloads click "open" and then double-click TheForbiddenTouristDEMO.exe. The slideshow will then auto-play.

Please be certain your system meets the minimum requirements necessary to use the optional CDROM. If in doubt, please download and test the DEMO VERSION. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON THE CDROM. You may order the book without the Optional CDROM, but you may not order the Optional CDROM without the book.
These terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions") contain rights and restrictions associated with use of the accompanying CDROM, including software and content ("CDROM"). Read these Terms & Conditions carefully before viewing the CDROM OR DEMO VERSION. By executing the CDROM OR DEMO VERSION you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
